After 50 incredible years on the high street, it’s time to say goodbye to Teestar.

Run with love, passion, a whole lot of hard work and a team Jenny was very fond of, it became something really special over the years. So many of you didn’t just shop here, you became part of her story, loyal customers, friendly faces, and for many true friends.

Teestar could only ever be Jenny. And because of that, we’ve made the difficult decision to close the doors.

But before we do, we want to celebrate everything it has been and the incredible and inspiring business woman she was.

It is with the heaviest hearts that we share the sudden passing of our much loved Jenny.
A deeply loved mum, nanny, and friend, Jenny was such a special part of so many people’s lives.

Her shop Teestar was a place of connection, conversation, and community, something she created so naturally just by being who she was, warm, kind and with a genuine care for everyone she met.

For many, she wasn’t just someone you bought shoes from, she was someone you stopped to talk to, to laugh with, to feel known by.
Outside of the shop, she loved her garden, her home, and her dog Cassie, who brought her so much joy. But more than anything, she loved her family.
We are all still trying to come to terms with the shock of losing her so suddenly, and our hearts are broken.
Thank you for all the kind messages, love, and support, it means more than we can say.
We will share details about arrangements when we are able.
Jenny was truly one of a kind, and she will be missed so very much.
