Thanks to Devon Military Fitness for joining us at the Superhuman Games gym tour!

Great to have some competitive fun with another local fitness club in the valley! The first of many meet-ups 🙌🏼

A Big thank you to Joshua Solman and Ascend Training Club for inviting us to the SuperHuman event at the weekend, DMF members had a chance to put all the hard winter work and training into something tangible.

Also to say a THANK YOU as well to Kenan Davies and Fran Noble for going fullsend as part of the DMF team, and Rebecca Elliott for unfortunately being paired with me within the team! You absolutely crushed it. I’m also sorry not sorry for saying “run through It” when you said you were gonna be sick on the Ruckrun.
