"I have just come away from Brocades bridal studio in Sittingbourne and am now sitting in tears… Happy tears!
Being a bigger bride, I was so anxious about the whole “shopping for a dress” process. From the initial email, then a telephone call to make an appointment, I needn’t have worried as felt like I was going to be looked after and supported.
As I headed to the Studio with my lovely Mum, I was still nervous but Ashleigh treated me with such care and empowerment. I thought I knew which dress (seen on the website) I would like. Little did I know that I would try on more beautiful gowns before Julie suggested one I had discounted on the rack! They really know what they are doing, and what could suit the bride (of any shape and size), so this wildcard dress blew me away! I went from worrying about finding any dress let alone loving two. Thank goodness for time to deliberate!!
In short, I said “I said ‘yes’ to the dress” thanks to the exceptional skill, service and care of Julie and Ashleigh 💝"
