M A K E R S P O T L I G H T - Judith Brown

Judith has been working with wire for over twenty years and inspired by her degree in Embroidery at Manchester Metropolitan University, she began stitching with wire.

Judith creates intricate and delicate floral arrangements through stitching, looping, twisting and wrapping.
Her wireworks are a permanent reminder of wildflowers spotted on sunny walks.

Fiona initially trained at Manchester School of Art, experimenting with ceramics and glass before discovering her passion for metalwork. Specialised studies in silversmithing followed at Bishopsland.

Fascinated by the natural world, Fiona takes inspiration from trailing ivy, falling blossom and delicate garlands of jasmine.
