Good evening! I’ve been meaning to add this for the last week but it’s been a crazy week!!
Tomorrow I will be taking part in Race for Life at my school in loving memory of my late husband Nadeem. This is something I do every year to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
It has been 9.5 years since we lost Nadeem after a 19 month battle with the illness and throughout that period, I remember how amazing the medical support was. The doctors tried everything they possibly could with treatments and I know that wouldn’t have been possible without the likes of Cancer Research UK who are doing so much to find a cure to this horrible illness.
Last year I was very fortunate to have been supported by many of you and raised over £550! So once again I ask you to dig deep (even if it is just £1) and help me raise a target of £500!
I’m not feeling 100% today so I know every step I take tomorrow will be even more special! A message of encouragement will go a long way!
