☕️Sometimes as a new mother or father, the focus is always on the baby (and rightly so 👶🏼) however sometimes it’s the new parents that need the TLC. That’s why every week I offer the moms in my class a nice hot drink (that they actually get to drink 😂) and chocolate. Because let’s face it this is what we need at those trying few weeks/months! So whether you come to my class for the massage, the company, or just to get out of the house….i can guarantee you a nice hot drink and treat to go with it 🍫🍩💝🥰(and don’t worry I’ll put more milk in your tea than I have in mine 😁)

🧴SWEET ALMOND OIL 💛
There are several different oils that you can use to massage your baby, but here at I choose to use Sweet Almond oil ✨
👶🏼 as we all know, any choice related to your bundle of joy can sometimes involve more research than buying a house or car….so here are some of the fundamental benefits of using Sweet almond oil for massaging and why I only use the best for your beautiful baby 🫶👣
💆🏼‍♂️Relief from cradle cap - almond oil can be used for treating cradle cap, not only from the head but it can appear on face, ears, neck, eyes and nappy area and skin folds on babies.
🧴An effective moisturiser- since it’s a light oil, it will not clog your baby’s pores. It helps moisturise your baby’s skin and can be applied both before and after your baby’s bath.
😴Improve baby’s sleep - it relieves strained muscles and relaxes sore muscles in your baby’s body. This will help your baby relax and sleep longer.
🚫Non Toxic - this oil is full of vitamins and no bad stuff. It’s completely edible and therefore you do not have to worry about your baby accidentally ingesting it.
🩻Good for bones - high in vitamin D, calcium so massaging your baby daily with almond oil will be great for healthy development of bones.
💅🏻Promotes healthy strong nails - almond oil contains good amounts of zinc and potassium, Vitamins D & E, so regular massage can help make nails strong and shiny.

Each week we will provide a calming and relaxing experience for you and your baby. Each class will focus on a different area of massage, legs and feet, arms and hands, tummy and chest area, head, face and back. As well as a relaxing experience for your baby I will also teach you strokes to help ease some common issues your baby may suffer with, colic, reflux, teething and constipation. All classes will provide a relaxed, calming and sensory experience for your baby💙💕

Classes are suitable from 6 weeks old to pre-crawling.

We look forward to seeing you for some amazing 1:1 bonding time with your baby, a chance to have chats with other new parents and even a hot cup of tea!!

✨ One of the lovely moms in my class on Friday, sent me this message yesterday. To say I didn’t shed a little tear would be a lie. 💕
I am so grateful for every single person who books on to my courses, single sessions or simply shares my page and recommends me to their friends and family.

✨Who doesn’t love a good back massage 💕
All of the babies in todays session were very relaxed doing tummy time! Babies love to look around, explore and just generally be nosey 😂
So next time your baby is having a little nose on their tummies, why not give them a little shoulder rub at the same time ✨🩷💙
