Belle Diva in Knowle has spent more than 16 years offering luxury womenswear with a personal touch, building a reputation for distinctive fashion and a warm, welcoming service.

Founded in March 2010 by Jayne Vaughan, the boutique curates European designer collections for women who want style, confidence and something a little different from the high street. Its approach is built around honest styling advice, individual attention and a relaxed atmosphere that feels elegant without being intimidating.

That personal connection has helped Belle Diva create a loyal customer base, with many women returning season after season. The business also remains rooted in its community, recently supporting Pink Week in Knowle and helping to raise more than £1,000 through the boutique alone.

Like many independents, Belle Diva has faced changing shopping habits, rising costs and the impact of the pandemic, but it has continued to adapt while keeping Jayne’s original vision at the heart of the business.

Winning Fashion Retailer of the Year, West Midlands 2026 is a proud moment for Belle Diva, recognising the distinctive collections, thoughtful service and lasting relationships that define the boutique.
