This was last weekend in that amazing sunshine. It’s staggering to think that temperatures in the Med could reach up to 40 degrees Celsius ☀️ during the hottest part of the day. Rowing 2 hours on 2 hours off will certainly be a challenge in that heat.

Cancer is probably one of the most commonly known diseases in the world today. When I speak to people about my challenge to row 200 miles across the Med people asked me why. The answer is simple: To raise awareness about HPV vaccines that can prevent 5% of cancers.
