Alteration Station - Southampton Clothing and soft furnishing alterations and repairs. Sewing with passion ❤️🧵🪡❤️ My passion for sewing grew from my love for fashion.

From there, I was always looking for clothes to fit me, and thankfully I had my mum to tailor it for me. As time went on, my mum had less time to do so many alterations and so I began to do it myself step by step. I am now a mother to two children, and with sewing still being my passion, I have grown a small business for distinctive and unique home furniture pieces, children and adult fashion and

alterations. If you have anything in your wardrobe that needs to be fitted to you, or a sofa that is outdated but you don't want to buy a new one, then I can make a cover compeltely customised to you! Kiedyś uparcie twierdziłam, że szycie nie jest dla mnie. "Ja będę tworzyć projekty, a Ty będziesz je realizować" - mówiłam Mamie. Moja Mama - krawcowa z zamiłowania, niedościgniony wzór dla mnie ... Ale kiedy to chciałam coraz więcej i więcej, a to zwęzić, a to skrócić, a może uszyć jakąś nową sukienkę to jakoś czas sprawił tak, że i ja, trochę podpatrując mojego Mistrza, a trochę też sama testując nowe pomysły zasiadłam do maszyny po dłuższym czasie wyprowadzając właściwy ścieg prosty (co kiedyś wydawało mi się tak proste do osiągnięcia - a nie jest ;) )... i do dziś z przyjemnością większość wolnych chwil spędzam przy własnej już maszynie szyjąc dla siebie, moich bliskich czy znajomych ...zwężając, poszerzając, skracając, wydłużając, a czasem tworząc coś z niczego - "bo szkoda pozbywać się tej pięknej spódnicy mamy",którą można przecież trochę zmienić i będzie jak nowa..." łączę przyjemne z pożytecznym" :)

Jeśli i Ty posiadasz w swej szafie coś co według Ciebie wymaga przeróbki i szkoda by było by nadal leżało tylko w szafie, a powinno stać się ubraniem skrojonym na Ciebie, a może też zasłonki wydają Ci się być zbyt długie, a do salonu przydałyby się nowe poszewki na poduszki - zadzwoń, zapraszam :)
