Well it has been a while and we are, ofcourse, missing our lovely shop and customers so so much. But it will be no surprise I'm sure to hear that we have been busy.........very busy.....
And, although we still have a lot of work to do, we are really excited to share with you a sneaky peak at our new venture. So for the last few months we have been stirring and melting and developing and testing our new range of luxury botanical melts, candles and other good stuff. So we're starting to put together a little Christmas collection of beautifully scented melts and luxury gift boxes and thought you might like to have a little lookysee.....think cinnamon, apple strudel and spicy figs ... think entering your home to the evocative scents of Christmas and you'll know where we are coming from - so we have pleasure in inviting you to our new business ...and yes there is much work to do - but please come and take a look at our website and pop over to our new page...we'll be adding our much loved jewellery collections too but bear with us - it's only me and my sis!! but we very much look forward to seeing you in our new little world....

This is written from our hearts......a few years ago we "tweaked" our name from mixmix to mixmix stories...the reason being that we loved hearing your stories and it meant alot to us.....and this weekend we were absolutely blown away by all the love that you have shown us and the stories you have again shared - from Winny the chihuahau who came in with her little tongue sticking out because she had no teeth and was rescued at age 7, amazing Tracey who has bravely adopted a beautiful doggie who needs a lot of love and is now fund raising to help doggies in distress, the wonderful Sue who came very in last thing on Sunday (you know who you are!!!) and you will be fine..... Naomi who will move mountains we know....Marion and her friends doing so much for pink ladies..and so many more ......those of you caring for relatives, raising funds, helping your neighbour, climbing mountains.... to the wonderful friends who have supported us along the way...the list goes on...you are all so inspiring and we will miss you and your stories so much.....but this is not the end for us ...stay tuned for "our" next chapter....

Would anybody like some wood.....foc ...was used as shelving in our shop or a wooden clothes rail ....from la redoute(I think) ...foc butyou will have to take it apart...### Also any takers on the grey sofa>? ######x

Final post for this evening - don't know if you are familiary with our till area - but it was made from the ikea kalllax system - it is all enclosed with cupboard doors and we had legs put on it - link to picture of ikea product below- ours needs tlc as it has been working hard at the till area !!! But if anybody would like this .....we would ask £50.00 I can post actual piccies tomorrow am but it is basically as per piccy with more cupboard doors....

We would love somebody to enjoy these really lovely sweet vintage drawers - they are an absolute bargain -only £50.00 (though need a little tlc now as been in the shop) absolute snap as we were asking a lot more ...but good home required....

Good evening - only one more day to go - it is hard to believe and we have been absolutely overwhelmed by the warmth and love you have shown to us and our business......anyway.....just to say we have some things that might be useful to someone - such as a couple of oil filled radiators free to a good home - an ottoman covered in french linen with matching lampshade- free - a Dunelm electric log burner - free - x2 cordroy tub chairs - and x2 pinei handmadeclothing rails - free!! And some white clothing rails - free and as many coathangers as you want !!!!!!!! If you want to message regarding any of this otherwise pop in tomorrow...it would be lovely if any of these items would be helpful to somebody but ideally they need to go tomorrow!!!!..###xx
