I’ve been a bit quiet over here later as I’m juggling quite a few balls! The exciting news is that hopefully there will be another bird book coming this summer. Just before photography the birds got pegged up so you can have the first peek at them.

For the next two days (Friday and Saturday) we are exhibiting at Threads in Farnham Maltings in Farnham, Surry. Do come and say hello if you are visiting.

There is just time to book the last spaces on this kantha, Indian block printing workshop at the studio on April 25th. I love this as you first make a hare template to print onto. Once dry add stitch to create something unique and personal to you.

Well what a busy five days. Thank you to everyone who has come to say hello, had a kantha chat, purchased kits or threads or participated in one of my workshops. Show days pass by so quickly and I never have much time to share things. Our next show is Threads in June so it’s now time to restock the website and make plans. For the past two days we have been in London for the Stitch Festival. It has been two fantastic yet exhausting days of chatting, teaching and selling. I love sharing how wonderful kantha is and love seeing the stitching of others. If you are coming tomorrow or Sunday please do say hello. We are on the balcony level, stand J17.

The van is finally packed and tomorrow we are heading north to I’m so excited to be teaching and have a stand C4 so come and say hello. Both my Saturday workshops are full but there are still some spaces for Sunday. #

We are setting up for Textiles East at Newmarket Race Course (in the conference centre) As well as the shop with all the things I love I’m teaching a make and take so come and say hello if you are visiting.

It is going to be a busy few weeks for us with three shows in Newmarket, Manchester and London. Next weekend we start with the Textiles East Fair at Newmarket racecourse (a new venue) I am teaching a kantha butterfly workshop and this is a drop in, no need to book. I’m teaching at TexStyle and Stitch Festival but you have to book those. You might have to check websites as I am pretty sure that some are sold out.
