SOFTHOLD CUSTOMERS:
As a few of you know, we've had all of our Softhold products on backorder for a while now, as Cosyfeet themselves have been unable to fulfill orders. We were hoping to receive an incoming shipment this week, but this seems to have been delayed once again.

We will be contacting you all in due course to ask whether you would like to receive a full refund or wait a few more weeks until the products arrive with us.

The good news is, we are upgrading all orders (from now until Christmas) to Tracked 24 postage - you don't need to do anything, just select 2nd class delivery at the checkout and we will dispatch it with Tracked 24 automatically 🙂

Good Afternoon Everyone!

As a few of you may have noticed, we haven't been very active on here for a while! We actually lost access to this business page for quite some time, but not to worry, we're finally back and better than ever!

We've listened to a lot of customer feedback, and I'm pleased to announce that we are having a complete website overhaul, with a full redesign 😍

Our new website isn't scheduled for takeover yet, but as soon as we have a confirmed date we will announce it here!
