It has recently come to my attention that the fantastic rollawax system I use is experiencing Big changes! 😳
I use roller wax because although it’s an expensive system to buy the results that it gives are 2nd to none…
When you are waxing larger body parts like legs, it is virtually impossible to use a pot and a stick to get the same even fine application of wax that the roller can produce… 🤷‍♀️
What that means is it’s much easier to lift the hair from The Root on every single hair so the wax is longer lasting not to mention more comfortable for the client… ❤️
Using a pot and a stick style of strip waxing on bigger areas regardless of how experienced and good you are at waxing you will still get wax overlap and splodges (which can pull and cause bruising) from the stick. 😢It’s also much slower for yourself and the Client.

What is changing is the six chamber heater that heats my roller waxes will be becoming obsolete 🤬
when I’ve enquired about this in and around the industry..the response is that waxing training has got so poor to the extent that it doesn’t include product knowledge therefore new practitioners coming into the industry don’t understand the value of using this method of waxing… many only know of traditional pot and stick version😱🤯😡 ..which I intend never to do for the above reasons…
They do it because they don’t understand why not to do it and because the pot of wax is much cheaper for them to purchase than the roller cartridges… 🙄
Therefore because my multichamber cartridge heater is becoming obsolete I’m concerned going forward that this waxing system will disappear😱😳😢
To that end I have spent the last few days finding the remaining multichamber wax heaters that are around and buying them. 😬😉
Hopefully this will keep me going for a good while. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The danger now will be if the actual wax cartridges become obsolete… 😢😡😬🤯

The reason for explaining this to you is so that you understand why use the system I do and the problems that occur for practitioners who don’t use this system on body parts like legs

Finally it’s gonna get hot… People are coming in today a bit sweaty… That’s fine but this is the important reminder to cool your Skin as much as possible before waxing… We do not want any skin lifting
Rest assured that I’m constantly changing and upgrading the products I used to get the best available in the market and that my skincare knowledge and knowledge of ingredients gives me a bit of a Headstart… But if you can keep your Skin as cool as possible prior to your waxing appointment that will really help.

If it’s facial waxing, it’s a really lovely technique to buy yourself an ice pop. Use it on your face to cool the Skin and eat it to cool your body from inside out at the same time… Body waxing… just find some ice packs or something like that to use as as much as you possibly can on the way to your appointment.
