Okay, I’m not gonna lie, dyeing with Dharma Dye's "dyenamyte red" makes the studio look a touch gory… I’ve been working on a red and pink berry colourway for MONTHS. It’s so hard to get the tonality I want without deeper browns and oranges coming in- I think I’m nearly there though! Watch this space...

We have a few of our unisex fit Galaxy sweatshirts left…hand dyed in small batches in our tiny Stirlingshire studio on organic cotton. The fit is relaxed, covering the hips and with longer sleeves. Putting the spotlight on our Rockpool sweatshirt today as this one is soon leaving the shop. It comes in rich teal and apricot shades and is dyed on our boyfriend fit 100% organic cotton fair wear sweatshirt. Soft and cosy and perfect for autumn 🧡

After lots of fittings and feedback we are slowly phasing out our unisex boyfriend fit sweatshirt to stock our classic and boxy fit sweatshirt instead.
Some folks loved the oversized fit while others found the sleeves too long. We still have some pieces left so if you loved it’s loungey fit check out the shop to grab the last few in Hebrides, Valhalla and Galaxy colour-ways 🫶🌊.

I almost always dye with gorgeous colour but given that my husband only wears black and occasionally grey I set myself the challenge of making something he would tolerate! Quite pleased with the result and might make some for the shop…
