Over the last couple of years I've overheard lots of lovely comments from customers while browsing, shopping and chatting in the boutique. Some make me smile, some make me laugh, and some genuinely mean more than you'll ever know.

As a small independent business owner, there are days when you're worrying about stock, social media, bills, and whether you're doing enough. Then a customer says something kind, leaves a lovely review, recommends us to a friend, or simply pops in to say hello... and it reminds me why I love what I do.
