Guys I have cried these last months so much!

It has been very challenging
But June brought sunshine back into my personal life by finally getting the key from our own home and the business opportunities came with the sunshine too..

I am not going to lie I have questioned my existence and my business more than I can count and I am so happy that my family and last bits of passion and hopes kept me going but it was really tough

I will be sharing with you all the whole journey soon

But for now thank you all for being the part of me and who never stopped rooting for me

💜 IRIS .. The Mouse of Many Colours

This little mouse arrived at exactly the right time.

The truth is that the last few months have been some of the hardest I’ve faced in a long time. I battled deep depression, many mental breakdowns, and moments that felt impossible to navigate. At one point I even wore a heart monitor for 24 hours because we needed to make sure it was anxiety and episodes .. not my heart.

For nearly a decade I’ve carried a bipolar diagnosis.

But somewhere along the way, I stopped seeing it as a disorder.

I started seeing it as a different way of experiencing the world.

A world of colours.

Some bright. Some quiet. Some heavy. Some full of possibility.

And that’s where Iris was born.

Iris is a mouse whose colours change with her feelings. Through her journey, she discovers that her changing colours are not a mistake to be fixed but a gift to be understood.

This book isn’t about labels.

It’s about belonging.

It’s about learning that you don’t have to be the same every day to be whole.

And perhaps, most importantly, it’s about discovering that the very thing you thought made you different might be the thing that makes you beautiful.

I can’t wait to hold her in my hands next week and share her with you.. 🥹💜
