Ok hands up! I sell Fizz Sticks amongst many other things for example clean skincare/makeup/body oils & nutritional supplements, ....

However I ALSO "sell" flexability, hope, fun, extra income, dreams, health, happiness, supportive community, personal growth & the potential to fulfil your dreams 🥰.

I don't sell Mercades, however by doing the above, I help myself & others work towards earning a funded white Merc and have all the choices that go along with it! Life on your terms can be as flexible as you want it and it doesn’t have to be hard.

I hope you are all settling into the New Year and enjoying the snow that a lot of us are currently experiencing?

The start to 2024 has already been set for rest and thankfully can now put snow ⛄️ boots on and go on short walks with the 🐕.

I’m going to start documenting the recovery ❤️‍🩹 from having to allow time for a broken metatarsal to repair itself in my foot!

Oh yes you have guessed it, from someone who is used to doing things for themselves it’s been a steep curve to graciously ask for help and to accept it willingly.

Not being active has been a real eye opener for me weight and body shape wise as I definitely look better with clothes on!! It’s quite scary how quickly tone and stamina can go 😬 even with some simple exercise.

How has your NY’s started?

PS glad to say the visible bruising is just on the underside of the foot now and I’ve had time to pamper my feet 😂 inc the dogs!

Hello everyone, you may have spotted I’ve changed the name of the group to Health & Wellness with Morag Carmichael. This is where my passion and drive is as nothing gives me more pleasure than helping other women over 50 get their mojo back. To feel energised, have youthful glowing skin and to be a healthier happier version of who you currently are is transformational over time.

Nothing stays the same and we have to evolve and grow and I would like to thank everywho supported Proper Clobber as we had some incredible customers and friends. We are no longer retailing fair trade, organic or ethically sourced clothing for women and children or the equestrian sector.
