Things that have caught my eye this week 1. love the inky blue walls. 2. if you don’t follow Emily already go and follow right now. 3. always inspirational 4. and .beale my favourite colour combination in the world ! 5. and (it’s the staircase in Josephine’s shop which is down the road from me and if you’re in Tetbury to pop in it’s utterly beautiful. 6. We’re on an love in today I know. But that little pop of orange with the moody background. So beautiful. 7. I think I’ve saved this image about 4 times this week or a version of !! A colourful little carousel of things that caught my eye last week while I was away up north. I had every intention of taking some lovely behind the scenes clips at the weavers and the printers and I forgot. But these lovely images stood out for me in a wet and windy week in Lancashire. 1. Grand day out at Focus . Lots of lovely colour in both design avenue and the harbour in general. I caught up with lots of design friends including whose stand was lovely. that gorgeous green wallpaper 😍. I was too busy chatting to that I forgot to take a pic so photo credit there to . I met in real life which was fab - she also did a great talk ! Caught up with and went to see caroline new showroom and met the lovely .teyssier . It was such a sunny day that I tested myself to the Thames clipper back into town from imperial wharf. And walked in the sunshine through Chinatown . Back to London next week for workshop with .london , but first heading north to see our lovely printers. Hopefully I will be able to show you some behind the scenes of that later this week.

todays is full of green goodness. Sprightly red Russian kale - which is actually my favourite kale it doesn’t give your teeth an extended workout and is not too bitter. A shoulder of free range pork for tomorrow. - we don’t eat much meat so we will have this roasted with crackling tomorrow and leftovers will go in a spicy noodle dish or maybe the Cristy pork and peanut tagliatelle they posted earlier . Loads of salad - it goes on virtually every meal ! I think the kids think it will be appearing on their porridge before long ! 2 squeaky fresh aubergines to make zaalouk - a lovely Moroccan aubergine dish that will happily get better through the week as it sits and absorbs its spices in the fridge. A couple of cucumbers to make bread and butter pickles and an organic lettuce as you can’t have too much salad ever ! What are you cooking this week ???
