It's time to say goodbye.

Saturday 31st July will be the last day the shop will be active. Until then all face coverings are £1.94 including 1st class postage.

Whist we are mindful that the end to face coverings being worn is not there yet, this store was intended to be temporary, and it has served it's purpose as we start to get back into events and tours which is where our specialism lies.

We want to thank those who supported us with this as it has helped us to keep going and keep jobs in Suffolk.

Any enquiries for bulk orders for remaining stock please e-mail [email protected]

We are still offering the 'Pay it Forward' scheme for the charity Emmaus too. Details on the shop.
Thank you for your support, if you are willing to share this we would be grateful.

All the best

We have decided that all our remaining face coverings we have should go at the cost of packing and shipping them to buyers.. which is £1.94 (postage, packaging and a contribution to staff wage to do this).

so £1.94 gets you a reusable face covering and 1st class shipping.
We have about 1800 left

We have been inspired by to make these affordable too to help reduce the waste made by discarded disposable ones.

When we setup our face covering shop in the spring it was to keep our events business going as we had no idea what the year held.
Since then we have sold several thousand coverings which have kept us going, kept the jobs of Suffolk people and helped people reduce their risk.

We want to thank those who supported us with this.

We are still offering the 'Pay it Forward' scheme for Emmaus too. Details on the shop.

Thank you for your support, if you are willing to share this we would be grateful x

10/07/2020

We receive a lot of questions about face covering in general what is he best type, and if they are even needed. We also have plenty of comments with polarising opinions on their use and the wider Covid situation. Debate is really important and helps people as long as the information is factual and backed up.

When we started running this to keep our small business going we agreed we would not go down the medial PPE route and we would reference appropriate research to help potential customers make an informed choice about coverings.

There is a lot of information around of varying qualities, some with research behind it and some not.

We read an article this week which we found interesting as it was pragmatic about the use of coverings. Showing how medical PPE is a lot better than general face coverings (like what we offer) and that's fine as the medial PPE is for the healthcare sector and not everyone should be using those.

We wanted to share this article with those who like our page as it gives a breakdown of the effectiveness of different mask uses in general and references a range of sources for research to allow for an informed choice to be made.

Today in Scotland it became compulsory for coverings to be used in shops. It's the same for public transport in England. There is a lot of information out there and it is hard to take it all in.

We hope this helps you in deciding if you want/need to use one or not.
