The Seamstress Clothes alterations, repairs and re-imagining. Bespoke clothes, toys, gifts, costumes and soft furnishings. Costumes for Theatre, Film, Cosplay and fun events.

Wedding & Prom frocks. After working with Wardrobe in Theatre abroad I was formally trained in the UK at Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London in Costume Design and Construction. (This included Tailoring, corsetry, Millinery, and Pattern Cutting to name a few). Although I owe most of my ability to my Mum and Nanna who taught me to sew as soon as I could be trusted not to break the sewing machine!

Thursday afternoon Sewing at Twinstead Village Hall

All abilities welcome to come and join our happy relaxed sewing group on Thursday afternoons between 1-4pm.

Bring your own sewing machine and project and be inspired, taught and guided through the fitting, cutting, measuring and construction.
