🛠 THE ROLE
This is a hands-on position requiring a mix of practical skills that vary with seasons. Your daily responsibilities will include:
✅ Processing e-commerce orders with accuracy.
✅ Operating engraving machinery (training will be provided).
✅ Packaging items securely for transit.
✅ Learning specialised skills, such as key identification and cutting.
✅ In-store tasks, including handling face-to-face customer enquiries, money handling, and other services we offer.

👤 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Reliability: Pride in your work and a sharp eye for detail.
- Tech Proficiency: Excellent computer skills are essential.
- Solution-Focused: A proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Core Skills: Strong reading, spelling, and numeracy abilities.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Experience of business selling on Amazon, eBay, or Etsy is highly advantageous.

✨ BONUS SKILLS
Skills in product photography & editing, and social media are a plus. Experience with CNC, 3D printing, basic computer design, or familiarity with Excel flat files or basic programming/macros, would also be beneficial.

⏰ THE DETAILS

- Competitive hours and pay: 30–42 Hours per week.
- Shift: Between 08:00 and 16:30.
- Growth: Salary and hours are variable depending on level of experience, with the scope for increased hours and pay as you acquire new skills.
