Prom season is in full chaos mode and honestly , I don’t even know what day or time it is 😂
But being in demand? That’s where I thrive. That’s where I’m proudest.
And it’s not just prom season keeping me busy , pageant season has had me booked and buzzing too 🤩
So let’s take a little moment for my tiny pageant princess, Lucia.
She might be small, but she stepped onto one of the biggest UK pageant stages IJM🩵 Wearing Misty Waters 🤩
And she absolutely rocked it.
So proud of you beautiful girl, and thank you for trusting me to turn your ideas into real life magic 💖💖
My books are just about full for this year, but if you want to secure your spot for next year’s pageants, now’s the time to message me.

A little industry story for you… because honestly, I can’t make this up 😂

There’s a bridal shop locally telling brides to pull their dress and underskirt over their head during fittings in the shop.
Like it’s a hoodie.
Like we’re throwing on a gym jumper.

With hair done.
With makeup done.
With lashes, curls and confidence all on the line.

And the best part…
They’re told to put a cloth bag over their head first.
A bag.
Not a veil.
Not silk protection.
A bag 😩

The first time I heard this years ago I genuinely thought someone was winding me up.
Turns out, this has been happening for years — and so many brides have been told this is “the correct way”.

And to be fair, if you’ve never worn a wedding dress with an underskirt before, you wouldn’t question it. You trust the professionals.

This week alone I had a bride nearly in tears — two staff members trying to wrestle her into the dress like it was a Strictly Come Dancing lift.

So I stepped in with the much simpler method:
Underskirt on the floor
Dress over the top
Step in
Pull up
Done

No ruined makeup
No squashed curls
No panic
No bag involved

I always lay everything out properly and then step out so the bride has privacy and calm — because getting dressed should feel special, not stressful 🤍

If it takes two people and a bag, it’s not couture… it’s chaos 😂
