Social Media Brand Builder & Marketing Assistant
We’re looking for a story-led creative to join our award-winning team at Wedding Belles of Four Oaks.
You’ll have strong creative instincts, spotting meaningful moments and translating everyday bridal life into elevated, engaging content that connects with our audience and brings the Wedding Belles brand to life.
You’ll be confident creating content from concept through to completion, with high-quality filming and editing skills, a strong eye for detail and an excellent understanding of all major social media platforms.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has the ability and personality to fit in well with our established team as well as being able to work independently
• Is creative, proactive and full of fresh ideas
• Can capture and tell meaningful, story-led content
• Has excellent filming and high-quality editing skills
• Understands social media trends, strategy and audience growth
• Can maintain a consistent and elevated brand identity
• Helping create and execute event campaigns inline with Marketing objectives
• Has at least one year’s experience working with a similar-sized business, with evidence of social media growth and results
ROLE DETAILS
• 30+ hours per week
• Based in-store at Wedding Belles of Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield
• Weekends are essential
• Closing date: 30 September 2026
