At my next workshop, on Thursday 25th June, you will have the option of making either
A set of 3 stacking rings
Or
A chunky wide band ring

This gives you the option to make something that suits you.

Hey, I wanted to let you know I won’t be attending the event at millets farm this weekend.

I really don’t like letting people down, it’s the worst feeling for me but on this occasion I physically can’t attend.
I’ve pulled my back/hip/sciatica flare up and although I would have my helpers with me, the pain medication knocks me. Although slightly spaced out Sabrina is funny (according to my daughters) it’s not the best for me.

If you have any tips for a pulled back and sciatica, let me know !! I need all the help I can get 😆
