First lessons are all about having fun & learning the simplicity of hand sewing 🪡

The basic running stitch & back stitch are the most common stitch used & once mastered you can move on to the more intricate level of sewing.

New reality vs Old reality

I have made these ribbon reel holders myself to help give the children an easier way of helping themselves to thread so they can spend more time doing what they love most rather than untangling thread.

I can’t wait to see their faces light up next week when they see my handy work 🔨 🪡

Summer Sewing Club

I have been running two popular Sewing After School Clubs for the wonderful students at St Mary's Catholic School. I have loved every minute sharing my love for sewing with them through creative & fun exercises. I've had quite a bit of interest from mums around Swindon SO...................

I am excited to announce that I am running a Sewing Summer Holiday Club for all children in & around Swindon

Dates
26th July 9am-12pm
12.30-3.30pm

9th August 9am-12pm
12.30-3.30pm

Location: St Mary's Catholic Primary School

Each class is a 3 hour lesson where your child will learn how to use a sewing machine, pattern cut & make beautiful items all sewn by themselves.
