This month’s Craft, Coffee and Chat is Saturday 13th June. July’s Craft, Coffee and Chat will be on the 4th July instead of the 11th, as we will be at Tewkesbury Medieval Festival. Looking forward to seeing everyone xx

Last weekend I stepped back in time to 1471, and spent the weekend at Herstmonceux Castle as part of the Medieval Heritage Weekend. I took the opportunity to try out my new firebox and dyed up some hand spun Portland wool with chamomile, home grown madder and indigo. I’m really pleased with the results and absolutely love the colours I’ve achieved.
