My current workplace 🙈😂
So I did say a few weeks ago that I was having an order cut off date of the 1st of May. Well I wasn't expecting quite as many orders as I've received. I am now working my way through them all, at the moment I've currently got over 500 items to get through. Wish me luck! 😂
I will get back to all my messages and emails as soon as possible!
Also a reminder that I will be closed from the 27th of May for about two weeks.

I was delighted to be asked to help with the design and setup of the new logos for Tain Primary School and St Duthus School. Thank you very much for trusting me with this process. It was an absolute pleasure to help and to be involved in the discussions from the very beginning.

It feels like such a long time ago since the new Tain Primary logo was created, and even longer since the new school in Tain was first discussed. It is wonderful to see it finally reaching the stage of moving in this week.

I would like to wish all the staff and pupils every success as they begin this exciting new chapter.

Just a little heads-up that I’ll be taking a break soon!

I will be **closed from Wednesday 27th May until Wednesday 10th June**

If you’d like to place an order before I go, please make sure to do so by **1st May** to receive it in time.

You will still be able to place orders while I'm away but I won't be able to respond to messages or emails during this time.

If you haven’t visited my shop recently, you’ll notice a few changes next time you’re in.

I’ve moved all the stock into the front room and relocated my machines to the back. There’s still a bit of organising left to do, but it’s mostly finished—and I’m really pleased with how tidy and well-labelled everything is now. I’ve also set up a large double rack of clothing samples, so if you need to check sizing before ordering, you’re very welcome to come by and try things on.

This week I’ve also added a fourth embroidery machine—definitely a much-needed upgrade!

Thank you all so much for keeping me busy ☺️ I’m taking a few days off now and will be back at work on Tuesday.

I recently personalised some bears for the TCD dance school in Tain. I had one very mischievous bear who looked after my shop for me while I was away one day. I've added a video of what this bear got up to in my absence...

Some of the TCD teams are going to Lisbon in June to compete. This is such an amazing achievement for them to get to this stage! They are now trying to raise money to enable them to attend. Here's a link to their just giving page if you would like to donate.

Hi everyone, I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year. Just a wee update and a reminder that I will be back at work a week tomorrow the 19th of January. Unfortunately due to an important appointment in Glasgow at the end of that week I’ll be off on the Thursday afternoon and the Friday. If you see the lights on in my work at strange hours that will be me working my way through orders to try and balance out my missed days.

I’ve added photos of some of the work I completed in the last few months of 2025. Thank you so much to you all for your orders and support.

I can’t believe we are now in 2026. This year marks a very special year for me. In April it’s been 5 years since I moved into my shop in Tain and in October it’s been 10 years since I opened my business. How time flies!

I already have a huge amount of orders to come back to - in total I’m currently sitting at 400 items to do. Feel free to continue to place orders and I’ll get to them as soon as I can 😁

I’m now closed for 2025! Most people will never have seen my work so empty 😆
I just want to say thank you all so much for your support, patience and kindness over the last few years but especially this year. It has certainly been a very challenging year for many reasons so I will be glad to see the end of it and looking forward to 2026.
Thank you again, I wouldn’t be here without the support not only from the local community but further afield too. I truly appreciate all your orders, recommendations, shares, comments and messages.
I hope you all have a lovely Christmas and New Year and I look forward to seeing you all again in 2026.

Apologies for the late notice but I am now closed to new orders until January. If I’ve spoken to you prior to this don’t worry as your order is in hand.

If you would still like to order and are happy to wait until I return on the 19th of January please just send me a message, email or text.

I plan to be closed from Friday the 19th of December 2025 until Monday the 19th of January 2026.

Thank you for all your support this year. I’m sure I will have some more posts to add on here before I close for a much needed break.

Wow you have all kept me incredibly busy. Here are just some of the orders I have completed over the last few months. These don’t include photos of all the school uniform and the huge number of leavers hoodies completed this year.

I’ve still got a large number of orders to complete but I am making my way through them. I’m having a short break next weekend to take some time away and reset. I’ll be closing as of Thursday afternoon and back on Tuesday morning.

Thanks again for your continued support, again it is very much appreciated. Also thank you very much for all the great reviews and kind words said about me and my business, they certainly make me smile 🥰
