PLEASE NOTE: All items are made in the UK and will be quoted in GBP. As 90% of
my items are made to order, I need a little time before dispatch to create your piece. All product descriptions have a turnaround time listed in them. This may be a week for smaller items (although it is usually less), and 3 for larger headdresses - please read product descriptions before ordering, and note that this is the time allowed before the item is posted
In busy times this may take a few days longer, but I will message you to let you know. Ready to ship items will be sent within 3 days of receipt of the order, or as soon as your payment clears (which can be up to 7 days but is usually quicker)
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments are accepted via paypal or direct checkout using credit cards
POSTAGE
All UK items will be sent via recorded post as of 4th January 2016. International items are sent via standard post which can take anything from 5 - 20 days, depending on where you are. Please check your local websites for expected delivery time from the UK and currency conversions
Items may be held in customs if they are of a certain value or tracked. Any customs, import and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. You are welcome to request an upgrade on your shipping if you like - just pop me a message and I will do a shipping upgrade listing for you. REFUND POLICY
As per the UK distance selling regulations, made to order items can not be cancelled or returned unless faulty. As soon as you place your order I will buy in any supplies needed and begin your order prep. If you have a problem with your item once it is received, please message me and I will do my best to resolve it. All items are sent adequately packaged for their journey. DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS? I love creating pieces to a customers vision. If you have a headpiece that you would like, pop me a message on this site, or you can email me at [email protected] to discuss - Please include as much detail as you can on what you would like, your budget, and your timeframe. PLEASE NOTE - the consultation process of custom orders will incur a one off fee of £15 on top of your order value. This is to cover my time spent on liaising with you to ensure your design is just right, sourcing supplies etc. Often with custom items I may need to source different items and get then shipped in, so it could take a little longer than the usual 3 weeks, but I will work to your deadline as best I can. Do you have discounts and special offers? I do - the best place to find out about these is on my page. I run discounts, or freebies with your orders often. DO YOU NEED MODELS/PHOTOGRAPHERS? I am not currently taking on any sponsored models/photographers. I have a team of people that I work with that offer a range of styles that I like for my work. I am also not taking on any collaborations at the moment
