As the fairy lights go on and the year starts to wrap up, we just want to say a huge thank you to Taunton for the support you’ve shown our little lane.
Choosing local, popping in for a chat, booking appointments, eating all the food, spreading the word, it genuinely keeps independent businesses going.

Magdalene Lane might be small, but thanks to you it’s full of life, warmth, and proper community spirit, especially at Christmas.

The air smells faintly of pizza and hair spray… and there’s definitely a ghost ordering a pad thai.

✂️ Apollo Taunton have been reviving the spirits of split ends everywhere — haunt couture at its finest.

🪦 Number One Hair Salon have been tackling some dead ends (literally). The ghosts of good hair past are looking boo-tiful as ever.

💈 Mann's Barbers are keeping the local lads fresh to death — those fades are so sharp they could raise the dead.

🍕 Ludacrust have fired up their haunted oven — serving pizzas so good they’ll make your soul leave your body (temporarily).

🍜 Asia Bowl 一碗天下 are stirring up something wicked in their cauldrons — noodles for the living and the undead alike.

🍛 Baan Thai are dishing up frightfully good flavours — because even ghosts appreciate a proper green curry.

🧵 Fine Fabrics Taunton have stocked up on ghost-sheet chic — linen, lace, or full-on phantom couture, they’ve got you covered.

💅 Central Nail and Beauty are giving the spirits a fresh set — because chipped polish in the afterlife? Terrifying.

🏡 Northwood Taunton are selling that one haunted house. Comes with character, creaky floorboards, and a friendly poltergeist or two.

🪟 Wyvern Blinds have got the ghosts sorted — blackout blinds for when the sunlight hits a bit too hard after a long night of haunting.

🕸️ It’s all happening down on Magdalene Lane, where the businesses are alive (mostly), the people are lovely, and the spirits are always high.
