Today we witnessed something superhuman. Both JW Valeting and his brother George Webber went out and between them completed 4 marathons! Yes you have read that right they achieved something that most simply couldn't imagine.

They did the event under the banner Run for our mum raising money for an incredible cause, Cancer research. Although the event is over it's not too late to give them a follow and share not only their story but also their success. Obviously you can donate but as you know we never ask for donations as times are hard for everyone but please give them a follow and share their success story. It's an amazing achievement and everyone around them is so proud.

Well done lads now go enjoy a well deserved cuppa and a good sleep you have both earned it. 💙

So we are back on the Fund Raising trail again! Lots of exciting news to follow over the coming months so keep your eyes peeled for a huge family fun day that 👀

We have a heartwarming update about Tommy Rob’s Run: the incredible fundraising challenge organised in memory of Tommy, who passed away last year at just 178 days old. 💙

Tommy’s loving dad, Nick, and his friends recently ran 178 miles in three days to raise funds for Bristol Royal Hospital for Children patients and their families. 🏥

They set themselves an ambitious fundraising target of £50,000. We’re thrilled to share that they’ve smashed their goals, with donations now topping £87,000!

We’re incredibly proud of this team. Thank you so much to everyone who’s kindly donated and shown their support. 🫶

To put our recent challenge into perspective, let’s look at the numbers:

The 100K Baseline: The world population is roughly 8.2 billion people. Records show that only about 250,000 people have ever completed a 100K ultra marathon. That is a microscopic 0.003% of the population.

The Back-to-Back Challenge: If you look at the percentage of people who have completed a 100K ultra, followed by a 50K ultra the next day, and a 42.2K marathon on day three... that number plummets to an estimated 0.00001% of the global population.

Whether the exact statistics are official or not, one thing is undeniable: what this team achieved doesn't just put them in the "1% club"
This isn't about bragging or claiming we are "up there" with the world's elite. The world is full of incredible people doing amazing things across so many different fields. Anyone who steps outside their comfort zone to achieve a goal no matter how big or small deserves to be celebrated.

What these numbers actually show and what we hope you take away from our journey ks that with heart and determination, anything is possible.
Our minds are the most powerful tool we possess. Only when we learn to master our minds and control our emotions can true determination shine through, carrying us to places we never believed we could reach.
