Many of you know my journey and I am forever grateful for my friends and family that have been there for me over the years, I will be donating a percentage of the sales to the NHS, Berkshire talking therapies, as they helped me gain a better understanding of my emotions. I overcame anxiety and I am currently working on self-love but I have learnt to cope with stress by recognising negative self-talk and I am breaking unhealthy habits.
