Classes start from 6 weeks and focus on the 'less is more' approach.
Babies don't need a busy, loud and overly stimulating environment, at this stage all they really want and need is YOU! This is what the classes are about. You giving your full attention to your baby, making eye contact, giving nice big smiles and getting to know your baby through the nurturing touch of Baby Massage.
Strokes to legs and feet, to tummy, to chest, arms and face, to their back. Each area has their own benefits which I will be posting more about over the next few weeks.
In the simplest, baby massage is a fantastic way to connect while learning ways to soothe and settle your baby.

The specialist paediatric occupational therapist says that tummy time enables us to interact with babies in a different way, and gives babies the chance to discover their environment from a new perspective.

Tummy Time is done every week of Baby Movement, Stretch and Song. Through music, eye contact, mirrors and more.
Come along for the 5 week course starting on Thursday 27th April 1.15 to 2.15pm. For babies from 12 weeks to actively moving.

For younger babies from 6 weeks there is a Baby Massage course starting the same day, 11am to 12pm.

BABY MASSAGE and BABY MOVEMENT, STRETCH AND SONG (Baby Yoga) are back at the Healthcare Hub - Osteopathy and Wellbeing clinic on 27th April for 5 week courses.

Baby Massage is for babies from 6 weeks and gives time for parent and baby to bond as as well as learn soothing strokes to help with tummy pain, wind and teething.
Neals Yard Oil and manual are yours to keep so you can continue the massage at home at a time to suit you and your baby.

Baby Movement, Stretch and Song is a Baby Yoga class, including stretches and songs to help build baby's muscle and brain development, and help with co-ordination, balance and body awareness.

With all baby classes with Kinection Baby and Kids you can expect to have some time during the class time to sit and have a chat with other parents over a hot cup of tea or coffee!
Classes are held in the beautiful and relaxing space the Healthcare Hub in Tongham has to offer. All classes are baby-led so if your little one needs a feed, a sleep or feeling overwhelmed you can sit out with them on the sofa and still see what is going on while comforting your baby.
Baby Massage and Baby Yoga are taught by a Blossom and Berry trained teacher, with weekly lesson plans adapted for the babies attending so you can be sure what is being taught is suitable for the development of your baby.
