Parenting is hard, and if you are anything like me, the mum guilt is real when you always feel like you are saying ‘No!’ or making sure all the ‘boring’ stuff is done like hair, clothes, teeth, asking them to try some vegetables…

… I’ve lost the fun!

Which for me thinking of ways to still be the parent but have fun and silly moments, and real connection rather than transactional everyday activities

💃 Pick a “clean up” song and do a 1-minute dance-off while tidying.
