BACK TO SCHOOL UPDATE 🎒

We are currently experiencing an extremely high volume of orders both online and in store.

Please be aware that any orders placed from today cannot be guaranteed to be ready in time for the start of school next week. We will, of course, do everything we possibly can to get as many orders completed as possible.

Our team have been working incredibly hard, with many working long hours 6–7 days a week for the past several weeks, and we’re hugely grateful to them.

We completely understand that getting school uniform sorted can be stressful, but we will not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour towards our staff. Anyone speaking disrespectfully to a member of our team will be politely asked to leave.

We’re working flat out, we’re constantly restocking, and we’ll continue doing everything we can to get your children ready for school.

The store is extremely busy at the moment and the staff are unable to always answer the phone. If you have a question please message on here and I will try help the best I can.

If you ordered online to collect in store please check your spam/ junk mail as some emails to collect go there

If you ordered in store over a week ago your order is more or likely to be ready to collect

If you need uniform please pop in to store to pick it up off the shelf

⚠️ BACK TO SCHOOL ORDERS ⚠️

With Back to School just around the corner, we’re now entering our busiest period of the year.

Any orders placed from today onwards cannot be guaranteed for delivery before 1st/2nd September.

We will, of course, do everything we can to get as many orders completed and delivered in time. We’re working constantly and restocking as quickly as possible.

However, due to the volume of orders and stock availability, we can no longer guarantee that new orders will arrive before the start of the school term.

If you’re ordering for Back to School, please order ASAP and we’ll do our very best! 💙
