His Royal Highness has given permission for Wendy Keith Designs to use the fleeces from his own organic Lleyn sheep which graze on his organic farm at Highgrove House, the home of Their Royal Highness The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, which is set in the countryside of Gloucestershire, England. In 2009 Wendy Keith won “Organic of the year” at Olympia, London for her versatile and beautifully made Hand Knitted Collections. Wendy has always said “small, niche handmade garments are a great and cherished possession to the purchaser.” The precision and effort by her craft ladies is quite superb, attention to detail is paramount, “We can never fulfil huge orders of many thousands.” But certainly well over a thousand hand knitted items leave her studios each year.
