This page is just sitting not doing much.

I'm no longer taking on sewing jobs, I'm just trying to do more sewing and crafting as a hobby.
So as a late update some Christmas pictures 😅
I made all the bags for Christmas presents again and the personalised felt stockings instead of using crackers on the table.
Now started using beads to make bracelets

Selling this pair of curtains I made for spare room a couple years ago but now we've had a complete change for room.
Heavy cotton fabric, lined with blackout lining
Pretty butterfly design on eau de nil background. (main fabric still selling for £13/metre).
Each curtain is 2.75m wide (2 full fabric widths joined with pattern matched) and 1.31m drop. Wide tape to ensure good gathered effect.
Also 2 matching cushions approx 36x36cm

I'll put on selling sites later but just in case you know anyone interested thought I'd pop them on own page first.

I got so involved in my work that I forgot to update my page at the end of the year. Here's a few of the things that were keeping me busy.
I have been working this year too 😊 - despite a few distractions - I've made some blinds (forgot to take pictures 🙄), have done some clothes repairs/alterations plus a curtain for our home too.

I have now added phone rests to my crafts.
Handy little item for sitting your phone on for watching a film or You Tube, hands free also just to pop your phone on when not in use or overnight
They are filled with rice and wadding.
£6 each can be made in different designs just let me know your request/theme and I'll find you a suitable design.

I can also make a larger version for tablets, those will be £10

It's about time I got more organised doing updates on this page.
To be honest, I no longer find Facebook business pages very user friendly, there is not a like button available on this page as there was on my cake page. This appears to be another of Facebooks business page 'improvements' ??
I have been busy with sewing just not posting so here are some pictures of a mini herd of elephants I recently made 🐘🙂

I have a new name for my business!
Thank you so much to the lovely Lisa Price for creating my new logo and helping with the new name.
Also thank you to both Danielle Ellis Medhurst and Lisa for the laughs we had while coming up with suggestions for a new name

I've been neglecting this page a bit and forgetting to update as I do bits and forgetting to take photos 🙈
I was recently asked to change the lining of a wedding waistcoat as the one ordered had wrong colour - of course changing lining means remaking the whole waistcoat as only the front panels aren't lining material.
I have altered a bridesmaids dress, taken up a couple more dresses. Adapted 19 dog coats so they can be used with harnesses.
Taken up curtains and sewn scouts badges onto shirt
Pictures I do have are of the sofa seat covers (including the corner shape) replacing dining room chair seat pads with new material.
Have also made few things for our home New peg bag to replace the plastic tub I'd been using.
Cover for the washing line to convert it into a sunshade.
New curtain for half glazed rear door to keep sun out

Between other sewing jobs I've been trying out making bags for our holiday bits. We are both old school with headphones (me because my ear problems don't go well with earbuds)so made music fabric bags for them to go in hand luggage, they are slightly different style as I was experimenting 🙂 .
Also made little clutch bag to take my phone and odds for when I don't want carry handbag.

Following my post about making my granddaughter some pillowcases and her request for 2 cushion covers too.
I've now completed the covers....I decided 2 just wasn't enough so made 6!Now she can get more fillers or swap covers more often 😊
