Our metals can be combined together to create endless finishes using fabrics and patterns. Whatever you requirement or idea, we can work with you to achieve the solution for your creation. Another process we also use is, Thermal Arc Spraying technology.With this, pure metal is being sprayed onto the substrate.Metals used with this process are, Zinc, Tin Zinc, Bronze, Copper, Stainless, Aluminium, Steel. We believe this method, for hard shelling polystyrene props is so rapid to apply, it must be seen to be believed. Having now developed Thermal Arc spraying into moulds for just about purpose.The once impossible is now possible.
