3/3 Staff - Some of the feedback I have received was worrying. Mostly surrounding money issues as you may not be paid what you are owed. If you are currently having money troubles, please don't sit in silence! contact your big lenders (Mortgage/Car/Loans etc) and see what they can do for you. Most reputable lenders do not want you to default on your commitments and would rather hear from you. You may be able to have a payment break or arrange a payment plan. - If you still need help, contact the citizens advice bureau and see what other help is available.

If you can, do not use loan sharks or stack up the credit card, talk about the problem and get it sorted. you will sleep easier! - Take care of the golf balls, the rest is insignificant.

2/3 Customers - If you have had shopped with YSH or Fresh Ideas and have yet to receive your order, I'm afraid to inform you that won't receive it or a refund due to both ventures going into liquidation. Contact your credit/debit card company and start a chargeback. Even if you think your debit card doesn't cover you, give it a try as some do cover section 75. I have personally raised a chargeback which is progressing, it was extremely easy to initiate. - Good luck!

1/3 I have come to the end of my journey with this page as I set out to raise awareness of a couple of companies who had taken money from customers without providing goods and treated loyal staff unfairly which I have done. Thank you for those who have provided information, history, thoughts and feelings.

Clearly there have been some bad decisions made, but the owners have engaged, apologised and have created a statement on both their websites as promised. Whether you accept this is completely up to you. Jez thanks for listening and acting. I will never know if any of what was spoken from you was genuine, but I personally have had money taken by YSH, so I have my own feelings about the matter. This page will remain active until the end of the week so give others opportunity to comment or just view the outcome.

Well It’s been a busy weekend! it appears that that the stolen goods being privately sold by Graham and Angela have now been removed (for now) but in a bizarre move, both have decided to change their names on Facebook! Just so you are aware, they are now Graham Ronald & Ange Williams.

With possible discussions being held regarding liquidation of Fresh Ideas, both Graham and Angela Brooks are selling off company stock on Facebook.

Stock that was bought by the company, most likely already paid for by a customer, stolen from the company and relocated for sale on Facebook for collection at a personal home address. Disgusting behaviour.

If you have an outstanding order, try your credit card and debit card company and raise a chargeback. You have more protection using a credit card but some debit cards have this protection although it’s not usually guaranteed.

Owners of YSH or FIC? - Do the right and honest thing and refund the amounts outstanding to the customers who have not had their orders fulfilled and this page will be deleted.

People have already come forward to record the amounts outstanding, so we will know when we have had our money returned.

Feedback suggests that whilst you can still browse your stylish home and add items to the basket, you no longer have the option to pay for your goods. - long overdue since people have already be conned long enough.

zengainteriors.co.uk and .com were registered on the 6th July 2023. Both currently have 'privacy' options enabled to redact their contact information apart from the state/province. You guessed it! - Warwickshire.

Both websites are held at a holding page...for now!
