Across the UK, too many people are living under pressure - struggling with confidence, resilience and mental strength.

What’s often missing isn’t potential. It’s the support to build the mental strength to navigate life’s challenges. Together, Hakim Group and the High Performance Foundation are helping change that.

The team of Thomas Bond Opticians are walking for the charity ‘SEE THE CHANGE’

Right now, across the UK, too many young people are living under pressure – struggling with confidence, resilience and mental strength. Together we can change that.
Every pound raised helps the High Performance Foundation deliver Game Plan to more schools, giving thousands of young people access to inspiring role models, practical life skills and the tools to build brighter futures

We will be walking a loop of our 5 practices, a total of 35 miles, over 2 days.
Monday 31st August and Sunday 13th September.
