So how am I doing you all ask ???
Honestly im doing ok , better than yesterday.
If you didnt know after loosing nearly 8stone ive had a 360 tummy tuck, breast lift small implant and added dermal flaps !! 6 hours or so in surgery at on wed.
They have been fornominal amazing caring and the most fantastic care ive had in my life. So many people here from UK, having new knees, shoulders, ankles, all sorts of surgery its awesome the quality of care. Ive just had my daily lymphatic drainage massage just wonderful. Yesterday was hard but today ok. I know its going to be a road to recovery , but the love from you guys have been amazing.
Im doing this as a thankyou to all the amazing messages ive had, not for negative comments thankyou, this is my choice to do this and my opinion , home wed 😊☺️

As always when I go away I have and my flatter spray with me. This time it was a essential !! Ive had major surgery and knew i was going to need to wash my compression outfits ,its no rinse formula and natural ingredients makes it so safe not only for my skin but my compression suits which are not cheap , please message if you would like a sample when I get home I have lots of fragrances available , yes I do work with them , but ive believed in the brand for many years before I started working with them xx

Enjoying the blazing hot sunshine.
Kaunas is stunning so clean , so friendly i love it. Surgery day on wed , so far everything has gone perfectly, drivers on time and staff so friendly. This morning was ecg and bloods .
