Please note 📝 as of today
1) any personalised items will be paid before I work on them, 1 or 2 non payments leaves me fully out of pocket and hours/days of work wasted when that time could be working on someone else's item
2) all items will sent via royal mail, please do not ask my to send via another postal service, this is due to items being very late on delivery or going missing completely, this means stress for yourself and myself chasing the items, remaking items or not being able to remake if items are used like personal flowers, ashes or other.
I hope everyone understands these decisions ❤️
