If you have a project you've started, an idea of something you'd love to try, or you're just keen to develop your sewing skills, you'll be supported to bring you
r design ideas to life. With over 20 years experience, course tutor, Sarah, will guide each course attendee with technical advice, boosting your confidence and your sewing skill set, with tips and ideas to take away with you on your design & dressmaking journey. We keep the courses small, with a maximum of 6 students per class, so you are guaranteed the time and attention needed to grow your knowledge and creativity. The Bring Your Own Project Sessions run from 6.30 til 9pm, with an additional 30 minutes added to the beginning of each session, to allow time to set up and prepare, giving you a full 2.5 hours of tuition in a friendly and supportive learning environment.
10 week Courses cost £225. Our Saturday Pay As You Go Sessions, offer the same supportive tuition, over a 6 hour session. Saturdays are popular with students who want time to really get into their creative flow. You can pay for a single Saturday, £75, or block book the 4 sessions at a total cost of £225 (a saving of 25%). The Pop Up Workshops 'A Make In A Day', are full of fun and inspiration. 4 - 6 hours of tuition, in a relaxed atmosphere with likeminded creatives. We provide the patterns, fabrics and lunch! And you go home with a unique make, all of your own! The 2024 Pop Ups will include the fabulous Upcycle Blanket Jacket, the Two Tone Tote Bag and Beginners Sessions too! They are hugely popular and classes fill up fast...So get in touch to get involved! This year, we'll also be adding new Pop Up options and trying out new design ideas...so watch this space!
