Introducing Widnes’ newest, exciting and innovative children's sleepover party business, Once upon a Sleepover!!

Why camp out, when you can camp in! Glamping is the popular new trend sure to make your little camper's sleepover party a stylish success!

At once upon a sleepover we want to take the hassle and stress out of planning your next event. Each of our sleepovers are designed to give you everything you need to create a magical, memorable celebration. All our sleepovers are designed to take place in the safety and comfort of your home.

How it works?

Pick Your Date. Pick Your Package.

To start your booking simply choose from our many themes and message us with your desired date for availability. We find most people like to book several weeks before the big day to ensure the date and theme is available but we also accept last minute bookings subject to availability.

Next let us know what theme you'd like and the special occasion you're celebrating. Add-Ons are also available for that extra wow or if you have a special request let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Confirming your booking

In the week leading up to your event, we'll confirm your delivery and set up time and go over any final details to ensure things go smoothly for you.

We Deliver. We Set Up & Style. We Collect.

On the day of your party we'll deliver everything you need. We'll arrive at your home, set everything up and style the space for you.

Once styled, we'll check everything is in order, confirm a collection time with you for the next day, and then leave to let you and your family enjoy your celebration.

Enjoy Making Memories.

Our tents and teepees are yours to enjoy for the full overnight hire period. The next day we'll return to pack up and collect everything for you. If you wish to hire for more than one night just make a note when booking and we can arrange it (additional night rate applies).

After each event all bedding is laundered using hypoallergenic detergent. Mattresses, decorative pillows and decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned.
