Heavy duty foam on wooden base to create a padded buffer thats fitted on the inside of GRP box van, then a mesh net at the opening over the cab to help as a storage area.

Every truck & trailer curtain we manufacture is cut on our CNC cutting machine.

First its marked & cut to size face side up to ensure and livery is positioned in the correct visual area, then its flipped over to have the ID markings added along with all markings for webbings, hems and relevant rubbing bands.

This ensures that all bulk orders are identical.

We've manufactured these F/R PVC translucent screens, each being over 15m long x 4m high to section off a number large vehicle independent spray booths.
Each screen has a zip up door for easy access, a filter panels inserted.
