After a very busy evening at KBT Printing & Embroidery, Milo stepped in to make sure all quotes were completed, admin was under control, and absolutely no treats were left unattended. 🤣

His evening duties included:
✅ Supervising quote completion
✅ Quality checking paperwork (with his nose)
✅ Keeping the office chair warm
✅ Providing moral support
✅ Taking strategic power naps

We’re pleased to report that all quotes were completed successfully… although the admin may have taken slightly longer due to frequent snooze breaks! 🐶💤

🚨 Important Update From KBT Printing & Embroidery 🚨

Unfortunately, our embroidery machine is currently out of action and we are awaiting an engineer appointment to resolve the issue.

As a result, there may be delays to some embroidery orders. We are working hard to minimise any disruption and will be contacting all affected customers directly with updates regarding their orders.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible.
