Day 7 of Advent SEED
(Some Exercise Every Day)
I started SEED last Sunday with a 20 minute skipping workout ! Well, I didn’t know I had those muscles until the next day when I could hardly walk 😆 !!
However this did not deter me ! I have kept going, all in the interest of raising money for MIND. For every book sold we will donate £1 to MIND. Please support by buying one of our beautiful children’s books 📚
I chose a swimming workout the next day 🏊♀️
Then a 20 minute core workout on Tuesday 🧘♂️
Ah old Elle Macpherson 50 minute workout on Wednesday 🤸♂️
I braved a 20 minute run on Thursday 🏃♀️ (legs still sore !!!), then a core workout on Friday followed by another run today.
If nothing else, it’s really good to share different forms of exercise. There is no doubt that I feel better for it 💪
