I’m starting monthly group check-ins for anyone who’s on a healing journey - whether you’ve experienced abuse, trauma, or just feel like you need a safe space to be yourself.

Each session, we’ll do live snippets of the somatic and grounding music I’ve been creating - the stuff that’s helped me calm my nervous system even on hard days. We’ll share tools that have worked for me, and if you want to, we can try some of them together.

And here’s the thing - I know healing isn’t easy. It’s like looking after a deep wound - you can’t just leave it alone. You have to take care of it, check in on it, give it the time it needs. That’s why I want to share my courses with a few of you for free - but only if you’re ready to put in the work. Because you deserve to heal well, not just fast.

I also do one-to-one coaching - and even though my faith is a big part of my journey, I tailor everything to what you believe in and what you need. No pressure at all - it’s just there if you want it.
