As we get ready for our next Reworked Wednesday on 17 June, we’re looking back to the very beginning of The Well Worn.
Before the dresses, before the studio rails, there were scarves - stitched from indigo cloth, old denim and pieces that deserved another life.
One of our earliest features was an interview with Grey Fox Blog David Evans - with David wearing one of our first reworked scarves. A lovely little moment from the early days - and proof that good cloth, good stitching and good design are for everyone.
We don’t often talk menswear here, but our scarves and sweatshirts are very much loved by the boys too.
And with Father’s Day coming up, our indigo sashiko scarves make a really special present - useful, considered and stitched with a little bit of Well Worn magic.
A few new indigo stitched pieces are coming next Wednesday.
