What a lovely place Roundthorn Country House is to get married and it welcomed our lovely couple who got married there this weekend. The predicted rain held off and allowed us to create a centrepiece for the ceremony on the gazebo followed by the reception in the main function room. We used lots of classic whites and foliage to create a soft, textured look with beautiful old English roses, Akita roses, Gypsophila, lots of different varieties of Eucalyptus, Achillea and Astrantia.
Huge congratulations to our couple, we wish you all the best for your married life, it was a huge pleasure to work with you and create your wedding flowers for you.

What a fabulous view to get married in front of. Our couple got married at the lovely Merewood Country House Hotel with an intimate just the two of them (and the dog of course) wedding. We created everything in pinks using roses, anemones, scabious, lisianthus and most importantly sweet peas which were the bride’s mums wedding flowers and crested her ‘something borrowed’ item. We wish you a hugely happy marriage and hope you had a lovely day!

Huge congratulations to Chloe who got married at the absolutely beautiful Hidden River Barn. We created brides and bridesmaids bouquets, hair crown and buttonholes and Chloe gave us a rustic brief to use pampas grass, gypsophila, pink roses and some foliage. We loved creating these for you all and hope you had the most amazing day.

Today’s wedding at the gorgeous Silverholme Manor may have been rainy but we’re sure our lovely couple Victoria and Neil will have had a brilliant day and we wish them the very best for their marriage and wedding day. The flowers chosen were a wonderful mix of deep red roses and ranunculus, pale pink roses, hypericum, astilbe and a small hint of orange ranunculus and antirrhinum with the reception flowers using pampas grass, and a mix of brighter pinks. We created 6 tall arrangements for the tables which were used to decorate the ceremony room too and and 2 runners for both the ceremony table and top table. We hope you have had a brilliant day, especially now the sun is out and you can get for drinks on the lawn overlooking the lake at that fantastic venue.

Last wedding of the year!!! It’s been quite a year and delighted to have finished this year working at The Punch Bowl Inn, Crosthwaite what a fabulous place to get married!! Such huge congratulations to our fabulous couple who chose an intimate wedding ceremony to be decorated with Secret Garden roses and lots of candles, and then we created a winter dinner party feel for the reception with lots of white roses, Astilbe, Astrantia, spray roses, white Hypericum, Amaranthus and lots of eucalyptus plus lots of candles of course! We wish them and all our couples who got married this year a fabulous Christmas and new year and all of our best wishes for their future married lives.

Just had these absolutely beautiful photos through from one of our lovely couples who got married at Crosthwaite Church, Keswick and had their reception at New House Farm, in July this year. It is so fabulous to see part of their day as we never get to see all the good bits so thank you to them for sending these amazing pictures through. We utterly enjoyed creating these cool white and green flower arrangements for both the church and the barn and they were such a pleasure to work with. We used white roses, agapanthus, freesia, Veronica and bouvardia to create a textured but creamy white bouquet and mirrored those flowers along with delphiniums and lisianthus for the table and church arrangements. We wish you all the best for your married life and thank you for letting us be a small part of your day!

So fabulous to see photos of the day from our lovely couple who got married at Broadoaks Country House this week. They were over the moon with the bright popping colours we created for them. And they had this to say ‘I’m just emailing to say thank you so much for our flowers. They were absolutely perfect and just what we had imagined when we asked you for bright colours. Everyone commented on how brilliantly the colours popped and how beautiful they all looked!
I have attached a few photos (professional and not) so you can see how perfect they were. Thank you so so much for helping to make our day perfect.”

The sun was shining again at the gorgeous Broadoaks Country House over the weekend, for our lovely couple getting married there. It was lovely to create some wilder looking flowers in soft muted pinks, soft blues and a hint of burgundy to match the grooms tie. We used a mix of wax flower, limonium, delphiniums, asters, poppy seed heads, ammi, mint and antirrhinum to create a mix of small headed flowers. All the vases from the tables were used to decorate the pagoda and sat on small logs. Thanks again to the lovely staff, always a joy to arrive to their smiling faces!
