My paintings are framed and hung for Oxfordshire Artweeks! I didn't realise I had quite so many paintings... 53 at my last count.

We have a large customer carpark (turn right at the entrance).

Hello and welcome to my little workshop at Eynsham Park Estate Workshops! My name is Cate, I absolutely love restoring treasured family furniture. I can restore your tables, re-cane rattan chairs, re-rush rush seated chairs, refresh and refinish old sideboards and generally restore most things made from wood! We've been busy painting my soon-to-be studio. As previously mentioned, I'm moving just along the path from my current studio, and into a new studio on the courtyard.
My new studio has a high apex roof with two Velux windows, which I love, as it gives a light open feeling to the space.... but it did mean we needed scaffolding to paint the ceiling as it's so high!
It's been full on DIY this last 2 weeks but we are getting there. I still need to do some more painting, get some old electrics removed, some additional lighting put in and a fresh clean floor added... then I'll be ready to move in! I'm thinking a picnic table outside my window as I love knitting outside when the sun is shining... and it will be the perfect place for coffee breaks with my Cuckoo Lane friends.
Hoping it's not too long before I move in. Can't wait to show you the 'after photos'

I'm so excited to share my new FILKINS SIMPLE RIB HAT with you today!
This NEW KNITTING PATTERN is just going through it's final checks and is scheduled to be released NEXT WEEK!
I'll let you know as soon as it's up on my website!
As usual I've written instructions for heaps of sizes from newborn through to adult and included separate instructions to knit this hat either flat-and-seamed on a pair of single pointed needles or in-the-round on dpns... the choice is yours.
